The 7th Salamander Cross in Werningshausen offers various competitions for different age groups and distances. The Bambini Cross is for children up to and including 6 years old and has a distance of 400m, while the Kids Cross is intended for participants born between 2015 and 2020 with a distance of 2km. For older participants, there is the Jedermann Cross over 5km and the main event, the Salamander Cross, which is 10km long and open to participants aged 14 and older (up to the year of birth 2012). The event will take place on June 20, 2026, and every participant will receive a medal.

- The 10-kilometer course includes about 40 obstacles. Skipping obstacles will result in no score.
